Introductions:

Contech Air Electrons(PTY) LTD, knows that you care how your information about you is used and shared and we thank you for trusting us to do that carefully and sensibly. As used throughout this notice, the term “the Company”, “us” or “we” refers to Contech Air Electrons (PTY) LTD. TERMS & CONDTIONS

Each Installation carries a 3 months guarantee on workmanship.
No refund will be made, but replacement of any faulty part supplied onsite.
CONTECH is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by hail weather, lightning or loadshedding to the parts supplied at the customer's premises.
CONTECHTV(Contech Air Electrons) reserve the right to remove all parts supplied on site if full payment is not made within the due date.
Service guarantee request is deemed valid if a customer successfully produces a valid invoice.
